Having spent the majority of her career leading talent acquisition functions across APAC, Sabrina launched Avanti Search in 2022 to provide clients with what many agencies cannot - strategic advice built from the perspective of an internal recruitment function.
Sabrina also approaches recruitment with an inclusive lens, honed over years of D&I consulting work - Sabrina Chairs the City of Sydney’s Disability Inclusion Advisory Panel, and consults on disability inclusion for the Australian Museum.
Sabrina is a published author, member of Mensa, former Miss World Australia, and former contestant on the reality TV show, 'The Apprentice'. She is passionate about creating ongoing equity for people in the workplace
