Marija Duka offers leadership coaching services for senior women in law, including 1:1 coaching programs, group programs, workshops, and digital resources such as the Leadership Reset private podcast. • Nothing in our services constitutes legal advice, even where Marija Duka holds legal qualifications.
3. Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products and resources (including podcast access and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon sign-up or purchase. If you experience any technical issues accessing content, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
4. Refunds and Returns
We handle refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you have a concern about a purchase, please get in touch directly at hello@marijaduka.com and we’ll work through it with you.
5. Email List and Podcast Subscribers
When you subscribe to the Leadership Reset podcast or our email list, you’re agreeing to receive communications from Marija Duka. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marija Duka is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, or engagement with any third-party links or resources referenced here.
