By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to Marija Duka and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

We are offering a discount of 25% off Career Design Mapping (“ Discount”) if you purchase Career Design Mapping between 21 November 2023 and 24 November 2023 (“Discount Offer Period”).
This Discount is only available to our customers that are signed up to our email newsletter.
You must book your Career Design Mapping session within 6 months of purchase, otherwise you will forfeit your session and will not receive a refund.
You will not be eligible to receive the Discount if you purchase Career Design Mapping after the Discount Offer Period.
The Discount can only be used online via the Website for Career Design Mapping and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions we may run.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Discount at any time.

The Discount Code is valid for purchases via the Website and is not redeemable on any other website.
The Discount Code is valid for 25% off the full amount of Career Design Mapping.
To redeem your Discount Code, enter the code at checkout during the Discount Offer Period.
Limit of one Discount Code per customer and the Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
The Discount Code is not redeemable for cash or a gift card, nor will it be refunded in the event the qualifying transaction is cancelled or a refund is obtained for the purchase of Career Design Mapping.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw the Discount Code at any time, including where improper use, publication or selling of the Discount Code occurs.
If you wish to cancel your session, you must provide 7 days written notice (Notice Period) to hello@marijaduka.com from the date of purchase.
If you provide notice within the Notice Period, then we will refund your purchase of the Career Design Mapping session.
If you fail to cancel your session within the Notice Period, you will forfeit the full amount of this session.
Once you have completed your session with Marija, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Before purchasing Career Design Mapping, it is your responsibility to determine if the services are suitable for you.

Amendment of terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Marija Duka’s rights and obligations to each other.

Delivery of goods

By using our services, you agree that Marija Duka is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold Marija Duka liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by Marija Duka. All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute professional, financial or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and Marija Duka takes no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.
