The Unbound Elevation Coaching Program is designed for lawyers that are ready to up-level their career, whether that be to move into a leadership role, grow their leadership skills and confidence or design a legal function in-house as sole counsel. The goal of this program is to support lawyers to design their legal career, their own unique way, so that they can feel confident, up-level their performance and own their role as a leader.

The one-to-one model means that the program is tailored specifically to each client’s needs and goals, making it a collaborative experience between client and coach.

Marija’s unique point of difference to other coaches is that she is a practising lawyer with over 8 years experience working across different industries such as retail, property, banking and franchising. Therefore, Marija personally understands the challenges that lawyers face in their career and has the tools to equip lawyers to navigate and move through those challenges so they can build a fulfilling and thriving career.

    Firstly, my services are specifically created for lawyers. I’ve worked as a lawyer for over 7 years (and still do) and therefore I personally understand the challenges lawyers face in their career, including the mindset challenges and self-limiting beliefs that creep up.

    I understand that each client’s career goals are unique to their personal experience and therefore, this strategy session is tailored to suit each client. This is not a cookie-cutter or one size fits all session.

    I’ve personally designed my career as a lawyer to suit my lifestyle, my career goals and my business goals. Therefore I know that it’s possible to intentionally design the career that you want. My clients have also achieved this through my services.

    Most importantly, you will walk away with an actionable plan that is tailored to you and the framework that I’ll be teaching you is one that you can repeat time and time again in each season of your career.

  • Yes, I have created this 90 min strategy session so that we dive deep into your career goals and what YOU want your next move to be. In this session you will get clear on what you want your next career move to be and we tailor an actionable career map to get you to your desired career. By the end of the session you will have a strategic plan that you can implement right away.

  • That’s all good! I’ll help you identify your transferable skills and unique strengths as a lawyer. We’ll get clear on how you can leverage and apply your skills and experience in your desired role. We’ll then create a strategic plan to move you into the direction of your new career.

  • The goal of the Career Design Mapping workbook (which you receive as part of this session) is to extract what you want your next career move to be. With the guidance of Marija in the strategy session, the aim is to help you get clear and map out your desired career.

    It’s ok if you’re unclear or feeling indecisive regarding what you want but it’s important to be self aware and have some idea so that you can get the most out of this session, for example you may be considering a few different options and you want guidance so that you can make a decision on one path and start planning for your next move.
