Hey hey, welcome to another episode of The Career Confidence Podcast. I’m really excited to introduce today’s guest on the podcast. Her name is Teresa Allan and I met Teresa at the Inview Legal Conference that was held in August in Sydney. We were both speaking at this conference and once we met, we just clicked straight away and you’ll see in this episode, Teresa has a warm, welcoming and infectious personality and you’ll see exactly why we get along so well.
Teresa is Vice President, General Counsel and Ethics and Compliance Officer at Capgemini in Australia and New Zealand. Capgemini’s purpose is to unleash human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future. Teresa spent almost a decade in private practice working in London before moving In-House. Teresa was recognised as an In-House leader by the Australasian Law Awards and in 2022 she is listed on the 500 GC Powerlist and has received many nominations as an individual and as a team from the Australian Lawyer Awards. Teresa is also a parent, equality advocate, lapsed musician and loves to laugh a lot.
